This free initial consultation gives you the opportunity to speak with a member of our team about your concerns and ask any questions about dyslexia screening or diagnostic assessments. During the call, we will discuss the learning difficulties you or your child may be experiencing, such as challenges with reading, spelling, writing, memory or processing. We can explain the differences between our screening and diagnostic services and help you decide which option may be most appropriate. The consultation is informal, supportive and completely without obligation. Its purpose is simply to provide guidance and help you make an informed decision about next steps. The call takes place by phone and typically lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. You can discuss: -Signs that may suggest dyslexia -Whether a screening or full diagnostic assessment would be helpful -Assessment options (in person or remote) -What happens during an assessment -Costs, timelines and next steps This service is suitable for parents, students and adults who would like professional advice before booking an assessment.
