English and Maths Full Diagnostic Assessments

Full Dyslexia Assessment & Formal Diagnosis* (7-18yrs)

from £575

Full Dyslexia Assessment & Formal Diagnosis* (7-18yrs)

A full diagnostic assessment designed to identify dyslexia and related learning differences in children and young people.

The assessment examines reading, spelling, writing or mathematical skills, alongside underlying cognitive processes that affect learning.

Families receive a detailed report explaining the learner’s profile, with clear recommendations that can support targeted intervention, exam access arrangements, and appropriate support in school.

Full Dyslexia Assessment & Formal Diagnosis (Adult*)

from £575

Full Dyslexia Assessment & Formal Diagnosis (Adult*)

A full diagnostic assessment for adults seeking a formal evaluation of dyslexia or specific learning differences.

The assessment explores literacy or mathematical skills alongside key cognitive processes such as working memory, processing speed, and reasoning.

You will receive a detailed written report outlining strengths, areas of difficulty, and practical recommendations, which can support applications for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA), workplace adjustments, or study support.

Non-diagnostic Screening

Dyslexia Screener (remote/online)

From £95

Dyslexia Screener (remote/online)

A non-diagnostic, brief screening test designed to identify possible indicators of dyslexia.

This will be conducted remotely using video-conferencing (Microsoft Teams).

During the session, a series of structured tasks explore key areas linked to literacy development, such as phonological awareness, memory, and processing skills.

This is followed by a discussion of the outcomes and a short summary report outlining the learner’s profile and whether there is an indication of possible dyslexia, along with guidance on whether further assessment or support may be beneficial.

Because of the added complexity of online assessment, we suggest a minimum age of 12 years for this service.

Dyslexia Screener (in person)

From £95

Dyslexia Screener (in person)

A brief, non-diagnostic screening test designed to identify possible indicators of dyslexia.

Early Dyslexia Screening and Literacy Profile

from £275

Early Dyslexia Screening and Literacy Profile

A non-diagnostic early screening test designed to identify possible indicators of dyslexia in younger learners who are beginning to develop core literacy skills.

Through structured activities, the screening explores phonological awareness, early reading and spelling development, memory, and processing skills.

The outcome provides an overview of the learner’s emerging profile and includes practical guidance to support early learning both at home and in school.

Educational Profile Screening (7-18yrs)

from £275

Educational Profile Screening (7-18yrs)

A non-diagnostic broad screening test that provides an overview of an individual’s learning profile across key academic and cognitive skills.

This can highlight patterns of strengths and areas that may affect reading, writing, study skills, memory, or processing speed. It is often used as an initial step to help determine whether a full diagnostic assessment may be appropriate, while also offering practical recommendations to support learning.

Ask us about our travelling assessment services

Our assessment prices are based on 'in person assessment' conducted at our Bexhill assessment centre.

We understand that for many people, the comforts of familiarity that home environments offer are important.  For this reason we do offer Diagnostic Assessment services in your own home, school or workplace.  Unfortunately, we do need to offer these with a banded surcharge to cover assessor traveltime and expenses
